We have a Winner!

Congratulations to our lucky fan Jovi!

We held a raffle at the recent Zine Fair we attended. Jovi has won an original signed sketch of Eidolon. The sketch was kindly donated by our animation collaborator, James.

We plan on holding more competitions in the future. So keep your eyes and ears open and be sure to participate!

Our First Fan Story!

Hi All,

I’m happy to announce that we have posted our first Fan Story. It is a story by the talented writer Alec McHoul. We have posted the first part of his story “The Fremantle Doctor”

We have posted the first five chapters to give you a taste. You can download the full text as a pdf file. I really like it and hope you enjoy it as well.

We are looking forward to hearing what you guys think of the story. Alec is also eager to see what our readers think of how the story is going to go in part two.

News and Photos from Zine Fair

Hi All,

We are happy to report a very successful day at the Zine Fair held on Saturday 9th February. It was a little hectic at times with lots of interest from the public, but that why we were there.

James, our animation collaborator, was in attendance and he managed to whip up a quick sneak peek of the animation we are working on. Thanks again James for getting that ready on such short notice!

James was also kind enough to donate a signed original sketch of Eidolon for our free raffle.

We were also able to debut Issue #2 of the zine as we had special advance copies printed just for the fair. Issue #2 will be officially released at the end of February. Also as a special Zine Fair exclusive, if you purchased Issue #2, you would also receive two exclusive posters not available on the website.

Finally, we were able to tear ourselves away from our busy table and take some photos of the Fair. You can view them in our Gallery, inside the Zine Fair 2008 album.

Final Sanctuary Gaulon will be at Zine Fair (Melbourne)

Just thought we would let people know that there’s going to be a Zine Fair in Melbourne at the Sticky Institute located inside Degraves Subway. Shop 10, Campbell Arcade, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. You can access the arcade via either Degraves Street or Flinders Street stairs to subway.

We will be attending and will be selling advanced copies of issue two. We may have one or two other surprises ready. So be sure to drop by and take a look. Details below.

Date: Saturday 9th February 2008
When: Noon – 5pm
Where: In the subway, Campbell Arcade (Degraves Street Subway), under
Flinders Street Station, Melbourne.

Final Sanctuary Gaulon is now a Zine!

We are happy to announce that we have created a Final Sanctuary Gaulon Zine. Issue #1 is now available at the Sticky Institute. We are including extra content into the zines to make them worthwhile picking up. We are also individually signing and numbering the first hundred copies of each issue.

New animation project

We are always on the lookout for collaboration opportunities and I am happy to report that we are in early stages of collaborating with a talented animator. We are hoping to bring The Immortals into animated goodness sometime in the New Year. As I said the project is in early stages, so details are scarce.

I have provided a character still of KillSwitch below. Hopefully it will tide you over till we have more details.
